<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">比荷卢商标注册后10年有效，有效期自申请日起算；到期日前6个月内可以办理续展，宽展期6个月；续展有效期10年。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br/></span></p><p><br/></p><section><span style="font-size: 14px;">商标注册后的无效或撤销申请，一般可根据2013版《比荷卢知识产权公约》2.26、2.27、2.28这三个条款提出，主要内容为：</span></section><section><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.缺乏显著性的，违反公序良俗的，演变为通用名等；</span></section><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">2.商标注册后连续5年未在当地区实际使用的。</span></p>
