朝鲜商标注册后10年有效，有效期自申请日起算；到期日前6个月内可以办理续展，宽展期6个月；续展有效期10年。商标注册后连续5年不使用的，任何利益相关人可以申请撤销该注册商标；由于贸易限制、贸易壁垒等不可抗力造成权力人无法正常使用的除外。
