<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">德国商标注册后10年有效，2019年1月14日之前注册的，有效期从申请日算起，至10年后申请日期所在月的最后一日为止，2019年1月14日之后或当日注册的，有效期自申请日起算，至申请日期所在日为止；到期日前6个月内可以办理续展，宽展期6个月；续展有效期10年。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">商标注册后的无效或撤销申请，一般可根据德国《商标法》第三章下述条款提出：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">1. 第50条：违反《商标法》“绝对理由”规定的；&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">2. 第51条：违反《商标法》“相对理由”规定的；&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">3. 第49条：商标注册后连续 5 年未在该国实际使用的，任何人可申请撤销；不可抗力除外。&nbsp;</span></p>
