<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">瑞士商标注册后10年有效，有效期自申请日起算；到期日前6个月内可以办理续展，宽展期6个月；续展有效期10年。&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">商标注册后的无效或撤销申请，一般可根据《关于商标和地理标志保护法》第三章下述内容提出：&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.违反该法“绝对理由”规定的；&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">2.违反该法“相对理由”规定的；&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">3.商标注册后连续5年未在该国实际使用的，任何人可申请撤销；不可抗力除外。&nbsp;</span></p>
