三、审查形式
SENADI(厄瓜多尔国家知识产权服务中心)对发明专利申请进行形式审查和实质审查。申请人需在专利申请公开后6个月内需要提交实质审查申请书，但缴纳审查费用的期限为在指定审查员后(大约2年)。
四、保护期限
20年。
