一、申请途径

1.直接申请:直接向德国专利商标局提交申请(包括巴黎公约途径，优先权期限为12个月;也包括从发明专利申请/发明专利中分离)。

2.PCT:国际申请(PCT申请)进入德国国家阶段(自最早优先权日起30个月)。

二、审查形式

DPMA(德国专利商标局)对实用新型专利申请仅进行形式审查。

三、保护期限

自申请日起 10 年。
