2.简要说明;
3.如要求优先权，还需要优先权证明文件;
4.委托书。
三、审查形式
申请进程中任何时间都可提出不超原权利要求记载范围的修改，但如增加权利要求项数，将补缴实审费;一般情况下仅会发出1次审查意见通知书。
四、保护期限
自申请日起 10 年。
